1. This form is for packages shipped via UPS only.
2. You will not be able to track your order until 6-12 hours after it shipped.

Please Note:

• If your recipient's address is a PO Box, or it was shipping to APO/FPO Military addresses, Hawaii or Alaska it shipped by USPS, please Contact Us for tracking information.

• If you just recently placed your order 1-4 days ago please do not send any emails regarding tracking. It's currently taking 1-4 days to ship orders.

• Remember it usually take 3 days transit time for orders to arrive to California after shipping and 7 days transit time to arrive to the East Coast after shipping. These are not guranteed times for Ground Service but just a estimate. Train Delays, Hub Misroute or other problems could cause delays.

• We've been receiving complaints that UPS has been taking 4 days to updating shipping information on their site and/or customers has been receiving tracking notifications up to 4 days late. If it's has been 8 days or longer since you place your order please contact us at the email address on your invoice for tracking details.
